File Edit & Transfer

Approximately 5min/scene is allocated to the file edit & transfer within the session time purchased.

Additional Time

Once you're in session if time permits, additional time can be added in 15min blocks and is billed at 15min of the services regular hourly rate and added to an invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be easily rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 hour before their scheduled start time via your account log in or the live chat (bottom right side of the site). A full refund will be processed if cancellations occur up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time and those made within 1 hour will be charged at half the session rate.
